Work hours calculator with lunch and breaks

Unpaid meal time should not count as paid work. This calculator subtracts lunch and extra breaks from gross time so totals stay accurate.

Employee work hours: weekly, biweekly & monthly

Need two weeks or a full month? Use Biweekly for 14-day cycles (overtime per week) or Monthly to track many days. For printable cards with holiday pay, also try the time card calculator.

Counting and adding work hours

Already know each day's total? Use Add hours: paste 8:30, 7.5, or hours+minutes rows and sum. Useful when timesheets arrive as totals, not punch times.

None, 5 minutes, 6 minutes (tenth of an hour), or 15 minutes (common 7-minute rule). Rounding applies to start/end punches before duration math.
